GET ORGANIZED

What is it? It’s a cashless payment system used at most Panda Events. The Cashless system will be the only way to make payments.

Simple and refundable:

 • Simply create a Cashless account beforehand or on-site, load it with the amount you want,
 • Use your Cashless bracelet to pay for drinks, snacks, and all your purchases at the festival.

Why create an account in advance?

Because it’s faster: my bracelet is already loaded and ready to go, I can go straight to the bar.

It’s also more convenient: I can see my purchases live on the app and reload my account if needed! Plus, it’s completely secure because in case of loss or theft, I can deactivate and replace the bracelet.

Where and how to collect my Cashless bracelet?

There are two options:

 • I created my account: my bracelet will be given to me at the event entrance during access control, I can go directly to refresh myself.
 • I didn’t create an account: after access control, go to one of the Cashless booths.

After the event:

Refunds are possible from August 19, 2024, 8:00 AM to August 29, 2024, 12:00 PM.

PREVENTION AND SECURITY

STAY INFORMED

Schedule, timetable, cashless, hours, map, access, practical info, FAQ… The new mobile app for Plages Electro 2023 is available! It will help you stay updated before, during, and even after the festival.

Download the app here: https://link.festapp.io/plages-electroniques

Download the SAFER app to party safely. A real 360-degree toolkit, the app allows you to report to volunteers if you witness and/or are a victim of sexist or sexual violence.

If I’m being harassed, if someone is crossing boundaries, or if you are being assaulted and want to discreetly report it, order an ANGELA cocktail at the bar. This order (at all of our bars) automatically triggers an adapted security protocol.

The summer will be hot on the French Riviera, and even hotter at Plages Electro!

Because finding water at a festival is often complicated or costly… This year, we’ve decided to provide giant water fountains to offer an experience that meets your expectations. Plages Electro is committed to eliminating single-use plastic at the festival, but that’s not all! Of course, a festival also means alcohol. Responsible Party and Plages Electro promote responsible drinking! So don’t forget to hydrate too!

Located at PLANET PLAGES (under the glass roof of the Palais des Festivals), the Sound Sisters team forms the festival’s trusted support staff. They are available from opening to closing hours to listen, assist, and provide help when needed.

Physical issue? The Civil Protection, nurses, and doctors are here to take care of me.

This year, the Plages Electroniques are opening a new space: PLANET PLAGES!

About twenty associations are gathering in the Palais des Festivals’ Glass Roof to discuss, exchange ideas, raise awareness, and present their actions.

The associations are here to talk about risks in festive environments, gender-based and sexual violence, eco-responsibility, marine environment protection, road safety, sexual health, and many other topics.

Prevention of risks in festive environments:

 • Mutualité Française: This association travels across all events in the PACA region to provide condoms, glass protectors, raise awareness about drug use, with games and activities!
 • Avenir Santé: The health of young people is their priority. The Marseillais are tackling road safety head-on and will be present with awareness activities.
 • FACE 06: The student federation of the southeast offers its best activities and solutions to fight student poverty.
 • My Safe Cup: A glass protector and a scrunchie for the party? My Safe Cup has what you need!

Sexual health and VHSS:

 • Nous Toutes 06: A feminist collective, the Nice branch is here to talk to you about consent, VHSS, prevention, and well-being.
 • Planning Familial 06: Information and listening center, these sexual health professionals will be present to answer all your questions.
 • ENIPSE 06: Testing, vaccines, prevention… come take an appointment to stay safe.

Listening Zone:

 • Sound Sisters: The girls’ bosses of the South East are here to guide the volunteers with kindness and are also present in the listening zone if you need them.
 • SAFER: Download the SAFER app to party safely. A true 360 toolbox, the app allows you to report to volunteers if you witness or are a victim of gender-based and sexual violence. Don’t hesitate to signal if you want our kind team to come see you.

Marine Environment Protection:

 • Association les Ailerons: Accompanied by a team of volunteers and professional fishermen, this association fights to study and protect sharks and rays in the Mediterranean.
 • Paddle Cleaner: This group of ocean-loving friends collects waste during every paddle outing. Passionate about outdoor sports, they combine their passion with protecting the planet.
 • Project Rescue Ocean: A UNESCO member, this association increases its prevention actions on land and sea. You can buy a green vacation notebook = 10 plastic bottles collected from nature.

Planet Plages Green:

Méditerranée 2000: This association is committed to contributing to the sustainable development of territories through awareness and educational actions to promote responsible practices.
